Our Clients
TST Property Services allocates a Customer Service Manager for all clients. This allows our clients to deal with one point of contact. Our Customer Service Managers conduct site visits to ensure all works are carried out per the client’s agreement. Our Customer Service Managers are available 24/7 via phone and email. Not only does TST Property Services provide a Customer Service Manager for each client, but TST also provides the following:
- A ‘Cleaning Performance Rating Inspection Report’ (carried out by the allocated Customer Service Manager)
- TST Property Services Newsletter
- Cleaning Surveys (this allows the client to provide any feedback)
Our Customer Service Managers are available at any time of the day, which builds upon our excellent customer satisfaction.

TST Property Services is insured for workers’ compensations, public and product liability, and motor vehicle insurance. TST is also a BSCAA, BNG Conserve, Employsure and Council Property member.
Our employees are trained and qualified in multiple cleaning sectors such as commercial, industrial, retail, school, pharmaceutical, council/ government properties and food safety premises. Our organisational structure is closely tied to each department and has a direct line to the Managing Director.
