TST Property Services contracts to provide a range of commercial and related cleaning services, throughout NSW and interstate, including contract cleaning and cleaning maintenance in accordance with client contracts and any additional requests.

TST Property Services intention is to maintain and continue the highest level of quality and reliability of service at the lowest practicable cost and to meet and surpass the contract requirements, needs and expectations of our clients.

Food Safety has an equal significance in TST Property Services quality assurance program, and the HACCP system has been implemented to address these issues. TST Property Services Food Safety System meets FSANZ Food Standards Code including any other state legal requirements and specific customer request.

All members of the TST Property Services team are expected to comply with the procedures as documented in the quality assurance system. Commitment to quality and safety is paramount to ensuring that TST Property Services customers expectations are achieved.

For all products, the HACCP concept has been applied to TST Property Services system to ensure safe, quality supply to customers. The HACCP plan has utilised the codex 7 principles and (Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Point/HACCP) system and guidelines for its application/annex to HACCP codex alimentarius CAC/RCP 1/1969, revision for (2003) and addresses both safety and quality hazards. Appropriate control measures have been implemented and documented records are controlled to demonstrate compliance with procedures.

The HACCP plan has been developed in accordance with the following 7 codex principles:

  1. Conduct a hazard analysis
  2. Determine the critical control points
  3. Establish critical limits
  4. Establish a system to monitor control of the CCP
  5. Establish corrective action to be taken when monitoring indicates that a particular CCP is not under control
  6. Establish procedures for verification to confirm that the HACCP system is working effectively
  7. Establish documentation concerning all procedures and records appropriate to these principles and their application

By undertaking these 7 principles, TST Property Services have implemented a plan to adapt to these regulations and provide the services and correct documentation whenever needed.
